Resident chefs Daniel and Jeong combine their diverse culinary backgrounds with fresh Mediterranean produce to create exciting fare that is a far cry from the typical offerings along the Costa del Sol.
Daniel has worked as a Chinese chef in Dublin, a French bistro in England and a 5-star Hotel in Philadelphia.
His wife Jeong is from the rural Southwest coast of Korea, famous for its seafood. Her “know how” in the kitchen is attributed to her mother, cooking together in their open air kitchen.
